Joanne Fedele is a registered nurse and the Community Health Planner for North Country Health System, which provides services to communities in Orleans and Northern Essex Counties – part of Vermont's beautiful Northeast Kingdom! Here at North Country a team of five cessation facilitators is available to assist you in your process of quitting tobacco use. Our group course, Quit Time, provides a lot of support and encouragement, as well as helpful tips to plan a quit date and handle cravings. We also gladly provide one-on-one support.
